Peak Fall And Snow Mix

Photos from a magical time when peak fall colors interact with snow and ice. These images were shot in Fahnestock State Park, NY on the day BEFORE the notorious October 29, 2012 blizzard that crippled the Northeast with over 15 inches of heavy snow. The 1st featured photo shows what appears to be a horse or mountain lion formed by the snow on the roots of a fallen tree. Or is it a young unicorn? (Am I seeing things?
